  • What type of printing do you provide?
    We provide high quality short run digital printing and offset press printing we also provide inkjet printed products for large scale application.
  • Can I print anything on the product?
    Yes, you can print anything we strongly recommend to read our Printing Policy, as we have our own policy of what to print.
  • What is the printing process?
    We use four colors (CMYK) offset for all of our products. this enables unlimited color combinations and optimum print quality.
  • Can I request for a different finishing or printing process for my orders?
    No. you have to keep to our printing specifications for our standard products. this is to ensure the quality consistency of our products and to keep your price down. If you want different finishing or material, you make request a quote.
  • How do I place my order?
    you can order with us via using WhatsApp or Email communication
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Yes, you can cancel or modify the order before "Printing Process" starts, We cannot guarantee the timing of the process. You cannot cancel or modify the order after the process started.
  • How do I keep track of my order?
    You can track your order if needed by WhatsApp, We will update & inform you regarding your order.
  • Can I place VERY URGENT order ?
    No, we have fixed Normal order & Urgent order lead times. Lead time may vary according to product, you cannot order outside minimum lead times.
  • Do you provide Design service?
    Yes, it's our specialty service we do provide design service for all our printing products from start to finish.
  • Do you charge for design service & how much ?
    Yes, we do charge for artwork design service and the charge is fixed according to product usually a small fee, more complex design process may inherit more design charges. We provide FREE design service if our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) met by the customer for certain product. WE WILL NOT charge if the artwork design provided by customer using the provided template.
  • How do I provide my logo & images?
    If you want to provide artwork material such as logo & images, there are certain type of file format for respective material, This to ensure high resolution and quality printing. Logo - please provide softcopy file in Ai (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF format. The Artwork text must be outlined. Images - please provide in High-res JPEG or PNG file. You can provide artwork via email to octaprintkl@gmail.com , we will not accept image files sent via WhatsApp.
  • Do you provide digital mockup of the product?
    Yes, we do provide digital mockup or the final artwork file before printing. We only begin the printing process once the artwork is finalized and confirmed by customer. NOTE : we will not be responsible for text mistakes & typos. Customer must carefully check before finalizing.
  • Can I provide my own design ?
    Yes, you can provide your own design for printing. You may design on template we provided, the design must not against our Printing Policy. Where can I download the template ? - Go to Download section of the website you can find artwork template for the respective products.
  • How do I prepare my own artwork?
    - Design on provided template file Ai/PDF format. - Artwork such as text must be outlined & Images must be embedded within the Ai file. - Design within the guidelines provided in the template. - Check all the details of the artwork such as text & images, we will be not responsible for the error caused by customer. - Provide the template file in it's respective format do not change the file format, we will not accept.   • Will the color of my printed product match 100% to the original color of my artwork?
    No. it is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process color accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. therefore, even if a printing company were to employ highly experienced personnel including the latest press technology, the outcome of color of the printed product will always differ from the original artwork. the level of difference however is subject from printing company to printing company.
  • How do I make payment?
    You can make payment by online transfer, cash bank-in, cheque to following bank account: Malayan Banking Berhad (MAYBANK) Beneficiary Name: OCTATECH COMPUTERS AND PRINTING Bank Account Number: 5640 7061 4556 Send the receipt proof of payment to our WhatsApp or Email.
  • Do you provide Invoice for my order?
    Yes, we will issue digital invoice for every order, once the order is confirmed and the payment has been made. The invoice will be sent by WhatsApp or Email in PDF form.
  • How do I report error in Invoice?
    Do not hesitate to contact to us to report any error or mistake in invoice, we will do the correction and will send a new invoice.
  • Payment terms?
    Full Payment - required for small to medium product and small quantity. 50%-70% Deposit - required for bulk orders and large scale installation, Balance shall be paid on delivery/finish of work. Note : Payment terms may change time to time, please contact us for more information.
  • How will you deliver the item?
    For delivery within Klang Valley, we will deliver by our own service or using our courier partner J&T Express.
  • Do you have FREE shipping ?
    Yes, FREE Shipping for Klang Valley if customer met minimum order quantity of the product, we may provide promotional free shipping without minimum order quantity for certain product. Outside Klang Valley (Semenanjung), we will provide FREE shipping depend on the product and order quantity.
  • Delivery charges ?
    It depends on the product quantity & weight.
  • When will my item will be delivered?
    Klang Valley : 1-2 working days. Semananjung Malaysia : 1-3 working days. Sabah & Sarawak : 3-5 working days. *Mentioned delivery duration do not include the lead time of printing process of the product (please refer the product page for more info) Please note : we cannot guarantee 100% on above mentioned delivery duration due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.
  • Can you guarantee on time delivery of the item ?
    while we are committed to the timely delivery of items to our clients & customers , we cannot guarantee 100% punctuality due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.
